We had a problem with a payment card while I was on the airplane, and I had already successfully paid for two capsules, but the third capsule that was waiting for me and my wife got cancelled. We tried contacting the staff, but the communication wasn't clear. They didn't seem to understand. So we had to get a different hotel even though we were already their paying customers.

Wonderful

Nice place for solo travellers. Value for money if you are tight on budget. Just away from downtown but it has easy access to Metro and Bus stop.

Most appropriate choice within hostel concept

Community behaviour utterly lacks in some guests, which of course is not admission fault but they can cope up with it through better cleanliness and management measures

Good

First time staying in a pod, so it was an interesting experience, the pod was pretty comfortable. And also the cheapest option in singapore. We liked that there is free coffee and tea and water.

There isn't any kind of door to the pod, it is only a curtain, so the noise level at night and mornings are pretty high, and the double pod is located right next to the bathroom door and washing machine, so you car hear people showering and washing their clothes all night, so thats a minus. And also you get only 1 small locker for two people pod, so you can just store small backpack and that is not enough, everything else we just needed to put on the floor.

Great hotel on budget

The place perfect local for the train staff very happy and help out a lot

The bfast toaster was not working and second morning had to go up strairs to get milk Also butter was melted bot good

Wonderful

The place is quite clean, has all necessary facilities. The location is really good, 3 min walk from MRT and bus stop.

It was my first time in capsule hotel so I can't compare with anything. I think generally it's a good experience.

Really good place to stay. Would recommend

Loved the Spacepod. Spacious. It filtered out sounds quite nicely. Mattress comfy, liked the control over A/C in my pod.staff lovely, helpful. Not ever so central but right next to MRT. And bus stops. Or walking about 40 mins.

Comfortable, clean, and overall good experience

Located near Kallang MRT station makes it easy for travellers to travel around. Got a mamak restaurant nearby too if you’re hungry late at night. The pod is surprisingly comfortable despite the small space and its fully equipped with charging ports and wall sockets to charge your phone or other gadgets. Toilets and bathrooms were clean.

It can get quite warm for the double bed pod though, need to improve on the air conditioning.

I only stayed a night but I had a great and quick rest.

The pod itself was very clean and convenient check in and check out made my quick stay seamless.

The bathroom facilities could have been cleaner but for such a high-contact area it was pretty clean.

The Host was very friendly and had a lot of information foe us. The Capsules are spacious and comfortable. All in all good value for the price in an expensive city like Singapore.

Unfortunately the Capsules are not good ventilated so that we had to have the curtain open to get some "fresh" air.

Great budget option for Singapore

Great pods. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good Aircon and ventilation. Average (but not bad) hostel showers and toilet. Friendly staff.

Location isn't very central. but it's close to the MRT

Worth for short vacation

Tower, slippers are provides Washing&Drying machine are free to use Cheap price

Only bathroom at the middle has sufficient light, suggestion: install brighter lights for other bathroom also The small fan in the pod need to be cleaned, i can see dust coming out from fan if maximize the fan speed

Comfy beds, helpful front desk staff, free drinks (tea, coffee, water)

Other guests were a bit noisy - some taking calls in the hostel room at 4am - but this is not the hostel's fault.
